Conas uaireanta neamh-oibre a cheilt i bhFéilirí in Outlook?

Mar is eol duit, taispeánann Microsoft Outlook an lá ar fad ó 12:00 AM go 11:59 PM i radharc Lae Féilire, cé go bhfuil uaireanta oibre sannta againn. Tógann na huaireanta neamh-oibre an iomarca spáis agus cuireann úsáideoirí puzal chun uaireanta oibre cruinne a aimsiú i gceann nóiméid. Mar sin féin, ní féidir leat na huaireanta neamhghnó a cheilt in Outlook. San Airteagal seo, tabharfaidh mé isteach réiteach oibre chun limistéir neamh-oibre a chlúdach le dath i bhFéilirí i Microsoft Outlook.

Toisc nach féidir na huaireanta neamh-oibre a chur i bhfolach ó Calendar, mar a oibriú, tabharfaimid treoir duit chun ceapachán athfhillteach laethúil a chruthú, agus clúdaíonn sé limistéir neamh-oibre le dath. Is féidir leat a dhéanamh mar seo a leanas:

Céim 1: Aistrigh chuig amharc an Fhéilire, agus oscail an féilire sonraithe ina gcuirfidh tú uaireanta neamh-oibre i bhfolach.

Céim 2: Taispeáin an féilire sa amharc trí chliceáil ar an Athraigh Amharc > féilire agus an cnaipe ar leithligh ar an Amharc Tab.

Nóta: In Outlook 2007, is féidir leat cliceáil ar an Amharc > Amharc Reatha > Lá / Seachtain / Mí, agus ansin cliceáil ar an cnaipe os cionn an fhéilire.

Céim 3: Cruthaigh coinne nua le:

  1. In Outlook 2010 agus leaganacha níos nuaí, cliceáil ar an Ceapachán Nua cnaipe ar an Baile cluaisín;
  2. In Outlook 2007, cliceáil an Comhad > Nua > Ceapachán.

Céim 4: Sa fhuinneog Ceapacháin nua atá le teacht, sonraigh ábhar agus suíomh, agus ansin cliceáil ar an Atarlú cnaipe ar an Ceapachán Tab.

Céim 5: Anois sa bhosca dialóige Atarlú Ceapacháin,

(1) Sa Tòisich bosca, cuir isteach an t-am a chríochnaíonn tú do chuid oibre gach lá, mar shampla an 6:00 PM;

(2) Sa deireadh bosca, cuir isteach an t-am a dtosaíonn tú ar do chuid oibre gach lá, mar shampla 9:00 AM;

(3) Seiceáil an laethúil sa Patrún atarlú alt;

(4) Seiceáil an Gan aon dáta deiridh sa Raon atarlú alt;

(5) Cliceáil ar an OK cnaipe.

Céim 6: Anois téann tú ar ais go dtí an fhuinneog Ceapacháin, agus cliceáil ar an Taispeáin As bosca ar an Ceapachán tab, agus roghnaigh an Lasmuigh den Oifig ón liosta anuas. Féach an scáileán thíos:

Céim 7: Cum an coinne nua seo, agus cliceáil ar an Sábháil & Dún cnaipe.

Ansin feicfidh tú go bhfuil na huaireanta neamh-oibre go léir clúdaithe le dath in amharc Lae an Fhéilire ón dara lá den raon athfhillteach.

Under the View Ribbon, trying changing the "Time Scale" to 15 or 30min. It pushes the non-work hours off the screen so you are looking only at the workday. MSFT defaults to 60min increments.

to all of you that are still searching for an answer: it is not possible but you can zoom to something like 115% somehwere near the bottom right of your screen to sort of "hide" the night hours. I hope Outlook saves that setting

The zoom in answer worked perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for. 115% is bang on. Thanks

what a truly awful 'hack'. Is this the first time you have used a computer?

Try this. Doesn't necessarily hide, but does focus on working hours.

I was able to do this by going to View > Change View > Choose Preview (It was set to Calendar)

It then reverted back to my working hours display as opposed to a 24 hour display (which is not ideal)

"Choose Preview" worked perfectly.  Thanks Bobby.

Garbage article.

It isn't exactly what we want ... but .... there is a little slide bar on the bottom right side of the calendar screen. If you increase the size you can then adjust your screen and then set the scroll bar on the right side to start at your beginning time. Not a true fix for what we want, but it gets us closer. :/

That's so much better than what's in the article. Thank you so much for that. Thank god for comments to articles.

I couldn't get this to work for me.
The scroll bar just moves the calendar up and down like it should, it doesn't seem to focus the view or hide the out of hours times.
the small scroll bar in the bottom right just scales the screen up and down.....

Any help?

WHOOHOO that did it. Use the SCroll bar, increased the view and then the DAY view does not overlap appointments. Thank you for the answer.

Thank you... I find your respond more helpful than the article. Didn't realize I can use the scroll bar...

I agree this article is a total waste of time and the title is misleading. Whoever is the author, please get a different job.

This page does nothing to address "How To Hide Non-Working Hours In Calendars In Outlook?". Don't waste your time! It's deceptive and should be removed!!!
