ní féidir tuairimí a onnmhairiú

I have a registered version of Kutools for Word. I try to export comments this way:

Export/Import --> Export Comments

I get a message that says "The action cannot work in a document which is Read-only, Protected and Tracked Revisions."

My document is not read-only, does not appear to be protected (as I can write into it), and of course, change tracking is on (which is why I want to export the comments).

How do I export comments?
