Comhoiriúnacht le Glacadóir Citrix

I work at a hospital where my word program is stored online and I have to access it through Citrix Receiver when I am remote at home. .  I tried to add Kutools to the Word program and it said "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".  I checked with our IT department and they said I can't add it because of Citrix receiver.  Any suggestions for this.  It works when I am using a hospital computer in the office but when I remote in with Citrix receiver I can't add Kutools as an addin.
