For some time now, Office Tab does not work with Word for me. That is, it will not create tabs for multiple Word documents. Instead, separate windows are opened (as it would be if Office Tab were not installed). The odd thing is that Office Tab works perfectly fine with other Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint). I am using the latest versions of both Office 365 and Office Tab. Can anyone help?

Hi there,

Please check your Office Tab tab in Word ribbon, and see if the "Show Tab Bar" option is enabled.

If yes, please try disabling the other add-ins you have for Word and check if Office Tab functions correctly afterwards. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've disabled all the other add-ins, but the problem persists.

correct its not working with word. what actually happens is you can see tabs in ms word but when you switch the document doesn't switch. I encountered this since last 2 weeks, done a lot of things no use. its only with word rest are fine excel or ppt

i am using office 2024 with office tab 16, word not working rest ok
